The Offer


The LongView Home Equity Fund seeks to provide investors with exposure to a portfolio of family homes and the associated potential capital growth. The Fund aims to provide a multiplier on underlying growth and to provide distributions as investments are realised over the targeted 10-year life of the Fund. The Fund is unlevered, and targets investor returns of 14%pa (net of all fees and costs)
